    The UX designer reports to the Chief Operation Officer and is responsible for:

    • Create and revise information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, content maps, wire frame diagrams, comprehensive diagrams and static prototypes.

    • Working with internal and client team sto design and build user-friendly forms/ applications/interfaces based on functional specifications.

    • The Payoff Workstation enables the payoff representative to perform all payoff functions with highly specialized screens (Pay 1 – Pay 4 in MSP application). The Payoff Workstation pulls the information from the master file to eliminate additional data entry.
    • The Payoff Workstation stores the payoff statement in Online Letter Writer, which enables all MSP users to view the payoff statement.
    • Requests for payoff statements may come from an internal source, borrower or third party.

Responsibilities :

    • Process payoff requests received from borrowers, third party, internal customers, responding to them accordingly within the departmental guidelines and procedures.
    • Update MSP application to document the status of payoff requests.
    • Monitors Payoff Statement box to ensure faxes are routed to appropriate departments.
    • Reviews daily exception reports for payoffs and makes necessary corrections / updates if necessary.
    • Responsible to assist Supervisor in production and quality assurance for borrower statements, payoff quotes and related research.
