Generating Payoff statement in the system based on the internal and external request. Nexva’sl team processes payoff requests received through centralized email box, wherein they review and update the good thru date, County Recording Fees and any other additional fees in mortgage servicing platform and send it to company’s SPOC to generate the payoff statement.

Investor Reporting

Preparing and reporting schedule/schedule, schedule/actual and actual/actual mortgage payment to the investor on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
