What We Offer
Process Workflow

Nexval has developed a high level of expertise in analyzing the Title Search Reports and preparing a Title Commitment or Abstract Report. We offer this service in combination with Title Search, Title Examination, or as an individual product where we receive a search package along with a write-up. The turn time varies from 2 hours to 24 hours.

Review the Search Package. Write-up and capture relevant information on Schedule A, Schedule B Exception, and Schedule B Requirements.

 For insured products, a Title Commitment is prepared. For uninsured products, we prepare a detailed abstract report/legal and vesting/property report.
